CASUAL ON SITE
Our ad hoc IT support rates are billed out at $135.00/hr ex gst. The first hour is always billed, however we do not charge a call out fee. Once the hour is up, we bill in 15min intervals. This covers our travel time in between appointments. In most cases an hour is needed to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve your issues. However if your issue has been solved within the hour, we will spend the remaining time completing a health check on your system, network and provide recommendations on the best solution for what you’re trying to achieve in your IT world.

Tailored more to our SME and Corporate business customers, our managed services offers a contract opportunity to employ an IT team at the fraction of the cost. Prices are determined on the type of support you require, meaning that you will only pay for what you need.
Generally, we will offer support based on your IT devices and users, however this may differ depending the business requirements.
